Great price If I could give more stars, I would. I was having some kind of weird issue with the wiring of my oil burner. Vince took his time to figure out what the source was and efficiently solved my problem. He explained the situation and the resolution to me and answered all the questions I had. The owner, Steve, came to my house as well and also took his time to answer all my questions. They were helpful, kind and very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend they to anyone. I have used A. Steven before and thought they were pretty good & reliable. However, my feeling have now changed. They worked my boiler yesterday and it shut off this morning again. When I called them back the emergency on call technician was very rude and short! He called me back saying he would have to charge me to come back out. I called another plumbing company which came and explained what was happening and how to prevent it and was a lot cheaper than A. Steven.

I am very pleased with the service today. VJ and his assistant came over to evaluate why my heat was not working Immediately after a minute of examining VJ informed me what the problem was i was showed the problem He explained what needed to be done And replaced the parts and the system fired right up. They worked on boiler and boiler stopped working a couple months later in the middle of the winter. They came back did not warranty work and removed parts off boiler and took to there shop. Were asked to return the parts they took but never returned parts. They were contacted multiple times but never returned calls or emails. Not a very reputable business

Very responsive and called back on a Saturday morning! Took the time to listen to the problem with my tankless heater, knew what the issue was, and helped me troubleshoot interim fix until the part arrived for a service call.

Easy 5 stars. They fixed a propane leak in a few hours that another company took two days to fail to fix. They even went to the store to buy some additional parts for the repair so it could be done same-day. They also charged me 1/3rd of what the other plumbing company charged me. I spoke to the whole team over the course of scheduling and working on this and everyone is super nice and clearly very knowledgeable. They treated me like family, gave me tips and answered all my questions as well as allowed me to shadow them to see what was going on. All around I can EASILY recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services, they treat you right, charge you fairly, and get everything done in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you guys so much, I really appreciate all your help!

This is the first time I had any issue with my heating system. It turned out to be very hard to find an HVAC company that will service Nest thermostats with Navien heating systems. A Stevens came recommended by a client of mine. I was very happy with the tech, Vincent, that came out. We were impressed with how thorough our clean & tune service was. Vince and his coworker went above and beyond to make sure our furnace worked properly as well as testing our smoke and carbon monoxide detecters. After testing every room he was able to assure us our furnace was safe too. After I mentioned we use oil for our hot water heater he checked that as well. Vince was very professional as well as friendly and caring. This was such a positive experience, in this day and age of disappointing customer service.
