I was so worried my whole septic system was failing because we had a small backup for the second time in 3 months on Monday night. Tuesday morning I called A-1 and Rebecca asked question and told me told me her son Brandon would be over sometime that same day. He came onlyt a few hours later and almost immediately after my questions figured out that we have a House Trap, which is something no other Septic company told me since I bought my house. Turns out it was SO CLOGGED and he cleaned it out. He and Nico answered all of my questions, reassured me and then made sure I had his information for any future drain issues. Not only were they responsive when I called, but the speed with which they responded was great as I was worried about any other leaks. I called a different company that same morning and they said someone would call me later that day, it's Thursday and I never heard back. Would recommend them, not only for septic services but the fact that Brandon does the plumbing work through his company means I don't have to call two separate companies!

Have used A1 Septic twice over the years to get my system pumped and both times they were fantastic. Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. They showed up when promised and got things done quickly and cleanly. Everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly. I plan on using them again for my next service.

My husband and I are first time home buyers, and needed a septic inspection. We called the family at a1 quality septic and they were nothing but pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Rebecca was so kind and patient with us over the phone, explaining everything we needed to know. And Gene completed our inspection timely and answered all of my questions. Good morning, After seeing this post I reached out to you via phone to try to find out what was going on I had you on my schedule in May and you're now just giving us a one star review at the end of June I did talk to my son and he told me that he was late but you guys talked and he apologized and you told him that it was okay he said that you guys even talked about how cool your fence was he tried to locate the tank he was unable to find it and that it was determined that you were going to call in to set up another appointment I have no record of us making a second appointment I apologize to you on the phone my biggest concern is to make sure that my customers are happy I have not received a phone call back from you so if there's anything I can do to make this right please feel free to reach back out to me Sincerely Rebecca

Great price | $2,000+ Firstly, A-1 Quality Septic and Drain is a family run business. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They went above and beyond to help my husband and myself. We needed a new Leach field. They came and pumped us out for free until they could get the permit from the city, which took a long time. They even came out on Memorial Day because they were in our area and pumped us out. What other company does that???? AMAZING! Always polite and so very nice. Gene And Brandon, we’re both so very helpful and nice. We just had a great experience having them at our home. Rebecca was wonderful, helpful and just a delight to talk to on the phone. You can’t go wrong with this company. Hard-working, family Oriented and just all around great people. We will forever be grateful to have found them, and will be having them back. Great price | $1,000+ Jacob was an honest and fair inspector. My septic system was failed by another company who quoted an extremely costly replacement. Jacob identified the root problem instead of suggesting a whole system replacement that saved us thousands of dollars. A-1 septic is honest and fair and do not rip off customers! Highly recommended! This company is great! Jacob came out to pump our septic tank for the first time since we bought our house. The riser/cover was put on by another company about 5 years ago. When he opened up the tank it was at the wrong end of the septic tank for pumping. He was patient and transparent and explained what was done incorrectly and what issues could arise if not corrected. I really appreciated his help! A1 has my business moving forward. Thank you. Jacob and Rebecca were so kind and helpful. (btw we did get a hold of the initial company who put in the riser and cover and they will be fixing their mistake after arguing that they know what they are doing etc.)

June of 2024 I inadvertently wrote a check to A-1 for 6500 instead of the 5500 quoted for my home septic tank replacement. Because it was being withdrawn electronically from my home equity loan I did not realize the mistake till 2025. I hesitated to call feeling it was my fault but it bothered me every morning. Today I spoke with A-1 and was refunded $1,000. What a wonderful example of great business practices!
