New I called 1-Tom to take a look at my leaking shower valve. They sent a tech right away. His name was Tom. He was fantastic! Evaluated the leak got the part and fixed it within an hour. Very polite. Explained everything. Also very important Tom was professional and a nice guy. I felt comfortable having him in my house. My family has a busy schedule, so the quick service was def worth the money! I def recommend!

New Reasonable price | $1,200–1,400 I happen to go into my basement to unexpectedly find quite a bit of water and a leak from my gas furnace so naturally I didn't hesitate to look for a good plumber to assist ( especially with the cold weather coming soon ). Between local recommendations and Google ratings I figured I'd try Tom Plumber and they sent Kurt to come check out the situation. He quickly assessed the situation, walked me through an explanation as to what was happening and recommended solutions. He got the parts he needed, came back and fixed everything up and now the boiler is humming along just fine ( and it's nice and dry ). Kurt seemed to know what he was doing and did it really well.
