We recently experienced a sewer backup caused by extensive tree roots in our main line, and I was understandably concerned about both the condition of the pipe and the potential expense. Ray initially cleared major roots and debris, inspected the line with a camera, and provided a detailed electronic invoice documenting his findings. He then returned with his crew for additional root removal and cleaning. They arrived within the promised morning window and worked diligently. What impressed me most was Ray's straightforward, realistic approach. He explained that several sections of the line had root intrusion and that a liner might eventually be necessary, but he did not pressure us into an immediate, costly installation. Instead, he recommended annual inspections and told us that, for now, we should be okay.
