I do not know how a dishonest, unprofessional company like this is still in business. Maybe some of these good reviews are from a different company owner prior to this. Job required multiple steps. First steps were completed after a nightmare of scheduling, and lies about dates and multiple days Ive taken off for no reason. The next 2 steps were never completed, and I could not even get a call back (typical bad contractor company stuff Ive heard about). Cancelled the rest of the job, and have to find another company to finish this mess. I would have been better off using Home Depot. Even if not a supposed specialist touch....at least it would be done already with full job cost transparency, and no attempted price gauging mid-job. I can see the elderly really getting taken advantage of if they did not have someone to set this right.
