I had an urgent need to have a drain line cleared, the one going out to the road. After seeing positive reviews for Smalley Plumbing I gave a call. Steve returned the call the same day and came the very next morning. Steve is a confident, personable person who is easy to talk to and knows what he is doing. He got the drain cleared, which took some time and effort. We were completely satisfied with Steve and the work he did.

I can't say enough good things about Steve. He came to fix a leaky pipe and also fixed a clog in the trap of my tub. The price was way less than what I expected based upon my research. He was on time for his initial appointment to inspect the leak and he was on time for servicing my plumbing. Great quality and I would highly recommend him! I've used Steve Smalley for two plumbing jobs at my house, and one at my office. Always prompt, personable, reasonable, and fixed it right the first time. Highly recommend.

Best plumber in the Rochester area. If you have a plumbing issue, he will solve it. He does Installations and repairs as well, on anything plumbing, along with some HVAC and other household issues that may arise. If you have other issues that aren't plumbing as well, he will fix it himself or know someone who will. Can't recommend highly enough, and a great person and individual too
