Because of how quickly they responded and the excellent customer service, we avoided having to deal with any mold. They coordinated directly with the insurance company. I am so glad and relieved that I brought them in. I went out to provide an estimate for garage doors and gave one of the owners great advice on framing and different options. Later, I received a call from the secretary saying they were ready to move forward—but by mistake, they had already called another company to proceed. Unfortunately, the owner came across as very unorganized and ultimately wasted time. Not a good experience to do business with. On a positive note, Kevin Frey was amazing to deal with.

Great price ServPro has been exceptional. We had a massive pipe leak in our home, damaging two full floors. Greg arrived at our house around 4am to immediately help with water removal and came to our house every day for a week to make sure all next steps were taken to prevent further damage. Kevin then walked us through each step of the reconstruction and has been wonderful. We are beyond grateful and impressed by Greg, Kevin and the entire ServPro team. We used them to remediate mold due yo floods in three of our buildings (they were informed, knowledgeable and timely) and when we needed them to take care of a pipe burst in our home, they came out, helped us through the process and helped make us whole again and back to normal! We had an unexpected flood in our basement my husband and I worked for hours trying to clean it up we were getting nowhere fast. We called Servpro they were here within an hour Dan came in assess the damage and his crew were here shortly after sucking up all the water and putting dehumidifiers in my basement to dry it up the next day Sergio and Santago came and remove all my carpets and the sheetrock that was damaged, along with the molding. This was all done in one day they set up fans to make sure everything got dry and sanitized the floor and walls, Rich P and Kevin N came after a few days to ensure that everything was dry and removed all of the equipment everybody was more than Pleasant and helpful.

I had a huge flood in my basement due to a burst pipe, i called Servpro and spoke to Tammy and she had the whole crew at my house within 2hrs… the team were absolutely amazing and incredibly professional… they had to rip up and remove the carpet and the sleeper floor to ensure no mould, open up the ceiling (sheet rock) which was a massive job and then set up multiple drying machines… after 7 days my basement is completely dry and I am so grateful to them all as it could have been a lot worse. A BIG MASSIVE THANK YOU TO Rich D , Rich P , Kevin N , Dan , Brian ,Sergio, Santiago and Hernan… you guys are amazing !!!!!
