Hire at own risk, avoided responsibility from damages to my flooring where you can clearly see where the old water heater was dragged out. Left flooring scratched, scuffed and did not clean up after themselves. After i provided evidence of the floor not being scuffed or scratched prior i was offered a MEASLY $20 reimbursement to cover the cost of a "touch up pen", flat out disrespectful. The "savings" is lost back to the 3% credit charge on their invoice payment system. Two stars because they were at least quick to schedule and the plumbers themselves were nice enough. Do not expect anyone in the offices to assume responsibility and make right any damages caused by said plumbers. Services Water heater installation
