I truly could not have asked for a better experience with S & S Plumbing! After a recent awful experience having work done in my new home, I was honestly so nervous about hiring anyone else. My friend Jimmy referred me to S & S Plumbing, and I’m so grateful I took his recommendation. S & S sent Matt Kelly to my home, and from the moment he arrived, I knew this experience was going to be completely different. Before even entering my home, Matt put on booties to protect my floors and laid down a carpet to make sure he didn’t track anything through the house. At one point, the smallest amount of water from the leak splashed onto the floor, and Matt immediately asked me for cleaning supplies so he could wipe it up. That level of care and respect for someone’s home says so much. Matt treated my home as if it were his own. He was professional, respectful, careful, clean, and genuinely a pleasure to have in my home. His attention to detail and the level of care he showed gave me such peace of mind, especially after my previous experience. I’m incredibly grateful to Jimmy for recommending S & S Plumbing and to S & S for sending Matt Kelly. Finding a company and a plumber you can truly trust in your home is priceless. I would recommend S & S Plumbing, and Matt in particular, without hesitation. This is exactly how customers and their homes should be treated. This place is amazing. Very knowledgeable staff on the phone and beyond professional. I had a major problem with the pipes underneath my house and Matt did an incredible job to get down there and re-pipe several lines going to the main drain. He was able to diagnose and fix everything within hours. I highly recommend using S&S.

This company is fantastic. They were highly recommended from The Payless Cesspool company. We needed new toilets as our old ones were very weak. We wanted ivory instead of white, so Alexis was wonderful & helped us order what we liked best. The guys were prompt, courteous and efficient. They are EXTREMELY neat too! They bring their own drop cloths and when they leave, they leave no trace of anything. Alexis is also fantastic with keeping you updated of their arrival time. I highly recommend this company all around- the employees are great.

Unfortunately, I had to have a main line to my cesspool replaced due to age & impending collapse. Fortunately, I chose S & S and Payless cesspool to do the work. These professionals provided a seamless experience, quality work & honest recommendations from start to finish. They've been in business quite a while and they know what they're doing. I hope that you never need major plumbing work done but if you do, call these guys. You'll be satisfied.

They make promises, but don’t show up. Had a bad leak in the bathroom. The visit was scheduled for Friday. No one showed up. At the end of the day they called they couldn’t make it and rescheduled for Monday morning. No one showed up or called Monday morning. At noon they called and rescheduled the visit to Wednesday morning. No one called or showed up on Wednesday morning either. At noon I called them. They said they would give me a call back as soon as they get availability. Nobody did ever call or show up. In the past I had good experience with them for the high quality work. but which you can’t take advantage of if they don’t show up and the water damage is on-going.

Fantastic company. The owner and employees were friendly and courteous. They were clean and efficient. The guys always put down drop clothes when they were working and I never saw any of them smoking on my property. I usually had to pick up the cigarette butts from all the other contractors, which I find highly unprofessional. We trusted them to perform the work on our extension which included 2 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen and radiant floors on the ground level and couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommended. Bill and the S&S crew replaced and upgraded our entire heating system. They replaced our old boiler and added an indirect hot water tank plus a zone of heat. Bill suggested splitting my heating zone to separate my living areas from my bedrooms. I have to say that it has made a big difference in the evenness of the heating. They then returned months later when my basement renovation was complete to finish the baseboard heat there as well. I can’t say enough about how professional, clean and courteous all their men are.
