Alex explained everything to me in detail that he was going to do and explained the upfront costs. Everything was very transparent. I have a seasonal cabin in a remote area that had plumbing issues, and Roto-Rooter was the only company who was able to complete the job on the day we called. Reasonable price Roto-Rooter has always been reliable for us. I originally found them through my job, and over the years, whenever we’ve needed something at home, we’ve known we could count on them. Owning a house means there is always some type of maintenance or repair that comes up, so having a company you trust makes a big difference. This time, we were having an issue with our shower faucet knob that stopped working. They came out right away, and Agon was great! He figured out what was needed, ordered the part, stayed in contact with us throughout the process, and came back that same week to get the job done. They send a technical that didn’t do anything as soon as he arrived and I showed him from where I though the problem was coming from. He was like I don’t know. You have to look for some one who’s Specialist with drain flies. He left right away he didn’t even manage on taking a look at it. Supposley this company deals with drain flies.
