Calling PuroClean Emergency Property Recovery and Sam Shrem was the best decision I made during a stressful period following a catastrophic sewage flood in my apartment. From the first call, Sam was focused on my requirements and my circumstances. PuroClean (IICRC-certified) is a remarkably responsive company with a few distinguishing advantages: Sam is an expert listener who's able to capture and translate requirements into a well-documented proposal and eventual delivery of services. There were no surprise, no gaps, no "that's gonna cost you". He's flexible and the PuroClean team delivered EXACTLY as they said they would, when they said they would, for the cost we agreed to.
