Very bad experience with this plumbing company. I called just to ask if anyone spoke Spanish, and the response I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or offer any alternative, the person was dismissive and disrespectful. Their customer service is very disappointing. Nowadays, the least you expect is to be treated with respect, regardless of the language. I definitely would not recommend this company.
