Reasonable price I had an emergency in my home with my bathroom toilet. I called Angi's list and narrowed the list down to two. Pipe Rite was my first choice. Not only did David call me right away, he sent Tom to do the job within an hour of me purchasing the toilet. Professionalism in this company is astonishing. The time Tom took to do the job was accurate according to my research. I have owned my home for 20+ years and have finally found the right plumbing company. Thanks Pipe Rite Services Toilet repair

I called to get a quote for unclogging a toilet, and I think $500 is crazy. It’s not the main sewer or line — this is ridiculous.

We were never informed that there was a flat fee for diagnostic which was $225. There was nothing that needed to be fixed and plumber spent less than 10 min. Very unreasonable. Not happy.

Business reply

Pipe Rite Corp

Lana, we understand your frustration regarding the diagnostic fee. Our technicians always strive to provide transparent and upfront pricing, and we regret that this wasn't communicated clearly in your case. To discuss this further and find a resolution, please contact us directly at 718-698-0090.

David is great and very professional. He does a great job of keeping the customer up to date with construction progress. He helps to work through issues that Con Ed or the City impedes. And the work is very well done. No issues with his work after it is done. We recommend them for gas and plumbing jobs.
