We couldn’t be happier with the work N.J McCann did in our home. They installed a brand-new radiant heat system, redid all the pipes for our upstairs bathrooms that were exposed as we gutted the kitchen, and handled all the kitchen connections, once the kitchen was completed — sink, dishwasher, pot filler, refrigerator and stove — flawlessly. From start to finish, the team was professional and knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process, kept the workspace clean, and made sure everything was done right the first time. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert plumbing work done right!

I called NJ McCann and they were at my house less than 30 minutes later. Fixed the problem and charged me a very reasonable price. This is my go-to plumber now. Came yo fix my toilet early 09/2023. Paid $200 and they will order part and return to fix. Two weeks past and no one calls or returns. I call and told nothing in system, they ask for toilet model. Will order. A month later they return with wrong part and damage my sink faucet. End of November charge me over $600 for repairs and $200 for first visit. Still awaiting job completion. They have no respect or apology. Plumber send untrained people who never follow up on job.
