I recently had my leaky faucet in my bathtub fixed by Mike. He showed up on time and with a smile. He carefully assessed our situation and explained everything to me and its cost before he began work. He also discussed with us best case scenarios and what could possibly be problems hidden behind our wall. We were well informed and felt knowledgeable and “in the know” about every step as he worked. He fixed our problem and provided us with a new cartridge, handle, and spout and was able to avert opening our wall up due to his dexterity and careful skill. Before leaving he cleaned up his work mess spotlessly and showed us his work and made sure we were happy with his work. The job was done precisely, on time and with care and a smile. I would highly recommend Mike to properly take care of your plumbing needs. He knows his trade and is very skilled and thorough with his work! Friendly, talented and dependable! Best plumbing service around!

Had a terrible experience with Morgan plumbing. Called to have our stationary sink unplugged. Charged a large amount changed valve and plumbing underneath the sink told us the problem was fixed the next day tried to do laundry and the sink filled to the top would not drain at all. Called Mike he came over and told us it was a whole new problem and we would be charged for snaking out the line. Would not stand behind his work. We feel he did not fix the problem and we should not be charged. Never use him again Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Drain cleaning

I am sorry you are upset. I only charged you for the plumbing work I did that day. You said the brass laundry shut off valve under your laundry sink would never open up fully after you used it during one of the last storms we had. You suspected that it might be the cause of the laundry tub running slow after that storm. I tested it out and it seemed that it probably was the case. I cut the valve out and you were correct. I handed you the valve to see for yourself. You held it in your hands. I then installed a new modern slide valve to shut your laundry tub off if we had a storm. I also ran new pipe under the laundry tube to go with the new valve I installed for you. After I was done. I showed you everything was working fine. You saw the water going down the drain no problem. After you saw it was all good. You paid me for the work I did. Now when your kitchen sink drain backs up you want me to snake it out for free. I never charged you to snake out any drain. I told you I could do it for a discount rate. You expected me to do it for free. Why should I work for free. Why would you ask me to work for free. I did not work for free and now I have a bad review. I know you did this to try and hurt me. It did hurt me because I never had someone demand I do plumbing work for free. Sorry I wont to that. So with that being said. I will now go to my next plumbing job and keep doing quality honest work for the people of Grand Island. Thank you and have a great day.

Mike was on time and explained what needed to be repaired and how it would be done. This really set me at ease. He completed the repairs and cleaned up the basement area better than he found it.
