New DISGUSTING! I had a water leaking on the outside of my house so I called a small business because I rather give them my money and because they are also cheaper or so I thought. Mike has one of his guys come to snake my main line which did not fix it by the way and then he figured out it was my cesspool that was full causing the problem. All that is totally fine I had said i didn't think it was my cesspool in the beginning. What's not fine is getting totally ripped off in the morning at the amount of $600.00 which is absurd when nothing was even fixed. Its pathetic and embarassing that someone would look someone in the face and say 600 is what you owe and by the way nothing is fixed. 300 dollars an hour this guy charges I have the receipt. The crazy thing is if I would have called roto rooter they would have been cheaper! What a disgrace he is. If you want to pay 300 dollars an hour because supposedly they charge by the hour not the job then book him lol.

I was able to get an estimate quickly with a phone call and a few photos. They were also able to schedule an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They worked neatly and with quality workmanship. By the way if your looking for a custom watch, Mike can help you out too. Mike also gave me the heads up on other plumbing to keep an eye on that is likely going to need attention in the future. Overall great friendly professional service.
