Reasonable price We have been using Micci for a few years now, so this review is a no brainer. They have repaired other items in my home as well as completed installations. Very happy with my shower system repair. Mike and his assistant were prompt, professional, and very neat. Pricing is extremely fair. The office staff was upfront about an approximate cost and the amount of time required to complete the job.

New Overall good experience, though the technician arrived 3+ hours passed our scheduled appointment time. I was informed twice of the delay via text message, though I would have preferred a phone call. The technician resolved our issue and suggested alternate options to remedy the condition should it occur again. Still pretty happy with Micci service.

From the suggestions to the finished work, Micci's workers expect from themselves nothing less. We are confident that whatever issue we are dealing with, Micci Plumbing will get it done. They leave the area cleaner than before. Plumbing work can be daunting and time consuming at times, and yet, Micci is very reasonable.

The work was fine. The plumbers did not clean up after themselves and did not turn the water back on. We were likely their last visit of the day and felt they were rushing.
Business reply
Micci Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the work itself was completed to your satisfaction, but we again apologize that the cleanup was not handled properly and that the water was not turned back on before our plumbers left. We have addressed this with our team to make sure everything is properly checked before leaving a job. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to make it right.
