Great price | $400–600 I hired Mark and his expertise because my property was up for the local law 152 inspection that nyc mandates every 4 years. My original plumber gave me a run around for nearly a year and I wanted to get it done as I have alot of other obligations to tend to. After finding Marks number and seeing his great reviews I gave him a call and he was absolutely prompt, attentive and very professional and to the point. We set up a date to do the inspection and Mark came over in perfect timing and looked through my property and unfortunately it did not pass the first inspection. There were small things not up to code because I have a older property and I also had some conditions that needed to be improved upon which were all addressed and taken care of. He recommended me an excellent plumber named Gary, who just like Mark are very professional and know their craft very well. Mark stayed on the phone with him and explained all of the work that was necessary for me to pass inspection, which is huge. Its not easy for a non plumber to know all these things, so this was a huge help. Gary took care of the work, and Mark rescheduled for the 2nd inspection a few weeks later. And we passed on the 2nd time. He came in perfect timing again and took care of all the filing. Nyc has also changed this to where you can apply for these things online but it is not at all intuitive and ridiculously confusing. I am very proficient in tech and I would still be confused, but Mark laid everything out and also has the I structions necessary to follow so you can set up an account and pay for the filing inspections and see the status of your property on the nyc database. Overall I would absolutely recommend Mark and his services. He is an exceptional guy and he did an excellent job and I appreciate all of his help, advice and expertise and his recommendation for Gary. So that I now have a new plumber I can rely on when needed. Ill see you again in 4 years. Cheers. 🙏🏾.

Mark Henry is a Licensed Master Plumber and I hired him for an LL152 inspection. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional.
