Reasonable price | $200–400 The first time we had them come out, Aron came out within an hour of our call. He was very knowledgeable about what the problems were and how to fix them. He was upfront and honest about the cost of the bigger issue to redo the plumbing which was originally installed incorrectly when the house was built. But was able to explain how to operate the fixtures without having to replace them, in which he fixed and recaulked free of charge. He gave great advice on how to check for water pressure. We will definitely call Madden Plumbing for our future plumbing needs. We had them come out another time to take a look at a similar issue. He fixed the problem and gave great advice on how to move forward with our plumbing needs. Again, we will call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Great price | $2,000+ The journeyman and apprentice installed a gas line from our house to a firepit. They were both informative, polite and kept us up to date on progress. They performed great work and a very great price.

Reasonable price | $2,000+ Aron and all those who we dealt with in scheduling, diagnosis, and installation were professional, kind, and fair. We greatly appreciated their timely response when our 15 yo tankless water heater began showing signs that it was in need of replacing. Though a leak had been resolved and Aron confirmed it was operational, when we made the decision to be proactive and replace it (before it broke down or leaked at an inconvenient time, more than likely than not given its age), we didn't have the sense that Madden was upselling or taking advantage of us. The new Navien tankless water heater was installed within two weeks and because it took less time than estimated the labor charge was reduced, which they didn't have to do, but did, and we were most appreciative.

Reasonable price | $1,400–1,600 Wet area in front of condos for a few weeks. Disconected four water hoses and watched area for two weeks. Never got dryer. Called Madden Plumbing and they came right out. Took care of leak right away. Thank goodness leak not in water main. Warned me they were plumbers not landscapers. We had to put pavers back in.
