Routinely blocking hallway in senior citizens apartment building, including emergency exit. Leaving only 1 foot clearance for elderly, often disabled, residents to try to maneuver canes, walkers, grocery and laundry carts, etc, through. Regulations require a 3 foot clearance. They have been informed of the problem multiple times by management, building maintenance, and a resident. Photos taken of most current problems. Notice sent to building manager. Next notification will be to government regulators. We are not living in their workplace. They are working in our home.

Great price I called JR Swanson for a quote for Central air conditioning . Ryan came to the house and suggested the mini splits. I chose to go with the Central air and the mini split. I chose to stay with my original decision. I Like the eye to they contact and straight forwardness with no upselling. The pricing is competitive and the procedures were explained. I knew I made the right choice with JR. Swanson. Please know my home did not have forced air heat so everything had to be placed. They worked with my work schedule which is a huge thing. The install team came and were pronominal. They worked with my schedule and explained any and every thing I asked on. They even help me to understand the electric box amps that needed to also be updated. The team was prompt , professional , easy to talk with , respectful of property, clean courtesy. I highly recommended this company for not only your heating and cooking needs but for plumbing as well. In the short time form having my ac installed and completed I have recommended them to others who have had quick response and work is done and they have expressed to me how pleased they are with this company as well. I look forward to future projects within my home with this company. Thank you Ryan, Joe, Carl, Pat and Carla. This team went above and beyond my expectations in everyway.

Great price | $2,000+ The two gentlemen from JR just left my house. I have nothing but good to say about them. My wife called on Wednesday to find out about getting a laundry pump replaced and to find out about a back up sump so we didn't have to worry about a flooded basement when the power went out and having to drag the generator out of the garage. The gentleman should up on Thursday to give us a estimate on came on Friday and installed a new laundry pump and back up sump pump. Thanks to JR for no more worries!!!

Had a musty/rotten smell coming up through my basement after the city cleaned out their sewage lines, and I was concerned about the presence of some sewer gas and potential blocked pipes. Peter D came out promptly and addressed all of my concerns with a smile! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and even took some time to pet my dog (who thought the world of him🐾). He made sure to check all of the pipes, drains, and caps in our basement and assured us that the smell was non-toxic and could be remediated by opening some windows and circulating some of the air. We had only called JR from a Google ad, but Peter made sure that we became a loyal JR Swanson customer for life! Highly recommend JR Swanson for all of your plumbing needs.
