Mike was my tech and he was fantastic. He arrived promptly. He was very professional and understanding. He assessed the situation and explained options. He stepped out to make some calls to make sure the work he needed to do was covered then came back within 5 minutes to do the job. The whole job took between 5-10 minutes tops. He was the epitome of professionalism and I was very pleased after having terrible experiences with the previous 2 companies that sent a tech out to assess the job I needed done. Kudos to Mike! I highly recommend this company for honest and fast service. My leaking pipe was fixed on short notice. The issue was clearly explained prior to starting. The work took less than an hour and the work area was cleaned up completely before leaving. He wore shoe covers. I was happy with the work and will use this service again.
