We used Josephine the Plumber for a number of jobs on a building in Queens, NY. Fantastic work product and experience. It is not just the top quality of the work (which you expect from a licensed master plumber); it is also the commitment to customer service. That includes being very responsive and attentive to the needs of the customer - all traits that Josephine has. But one thing that I think sets her apart from others is that she goes above-and-beyond in service and what is asked of her. She didn’t just settle for doing the job/task at hand, but cared enough to look into other options and alternatives (which we ultimately chose to follow, and while it benefitted us, it cost her a job!). That proactive, selfless nature feels uncommon today but we found it with Josephine the plumber!

What a pleasure to have Josephine handle a gas meter install with ConEd. They handled all the paperwork and scheduling with ConEd. Removed a lot of stress from my life. They are very punctual and professional. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. Vast experience and knowledge of everything. Highly recommend if you need a professional for your plumbing situation.❤️👍
