After my water heater stopped working and I needed a replacement I called a bunch of different places for a quote. Not only did John Piccirilli beat the prices of all the others but they installed it the next day. After having the water heater for a year I experienced and issue with it and they were out to repair it the morning after I called. Due to a accidental crack in my floor tile as the old boiler was removed, I was sent workers to replace the tile at no charge. Fortunately, I had a spare tile. Chase and Jeremy replaced the tile beautifully. It took them quite a while and it was well worth the effort. It gives me the confidence to call Piccirilli Plumbing if I have any work to be done in the future.

Chase called to see if I had a preference on where I wanted him to park. Was very knowledgeable. Was quick to find the problem with my furnace got parts and had it repaired that day signed me up for there service checks to catch things faster in the future. Also sold me a new water filtration system cheaper then past company’s tried to sell me cannot wait for that instal to be complete this week!

HAD A FURNICE ISSUE AND CALLED PICCIRILLI PLUMBING AND TECH SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT FURNICE RUNNING IN NO TIME.
