Great price | $200–400 Jet-O-Rooter provided exceptional service during my home-buying process. As an active-duty military member preparing for a PCS move to Fort Drum, I needed a septic inspection on very short notice. They quickly accommodated my request, performed a thorough inspection, explained their findings clearly, and even inspected portions of the home's plumbing at no additional cost. Their professionalism, honesty, integrity, and attention to detail gave me confidence in making an informed decision on the property. To top it off, they provided a military discount after the inspection. Jet-O-Rooter truly understands the challenges military families face during PCS season and goes the extra mile to help. I highly recommend them to any military member or family needing septic inspections, septic system installation, repairs, or plumbing services. If you need a company you can trust, Jet-O-Rooter is the team to call. Thank you for making a stressful process much easier. Your support and commitment to customer service are greatly appreciated. I called for a slow draining kitchen sink. The first time they came they improved the situation but did not fix it. I guess that's as good as you get from them for$200. I called again and said sink is still filling up when trying to wash dishes. The second time they came they did the same thing as before, snaked the line. While I was in the bathroom I hear their truck start. By the time I got out they were pulling away from my house, they worked for less than ten minutes. I checked the sink and after about a minute the sink filled with water as well as water leaking all over under the sink. The vent cap had been left off. I had to argue with Don to get a refund, and the incorrect amount was refunded. I gave up and have to find a plumber that knows what they are doing. They tried to scam my daughter in law out of $200 so she threw them out of her house. She calls them Bill and Ted's Excellent Adveture.

We had a blockage in our septic. We tried everything to get things working properly. Jet-O-Rooter came the day we called them and cleared the pipes in less than half an hour. They were polite, went right to work, showed me what was wrong and how it was fixed. They cleaned everything up. They were reasonable and efficient. Thank you once again for helping us so quickly.

The gentleman that came out to my home was amazing. I had an emergency home situation. He came out and fixed the issue, but he had to return the same evening to ultimately replace my toilet. Great customer service, great personality, and complete professional. If you have any plumbing issues, I would definitely recommend Jet-O-Rooter.

I called them after reaching out to a different company and having a not so good experience. These guys are awesome, they were here with in the time mentioned. Found the problem in a matter of minutes and fixed it super quick. They came late on a Sunday night in the pouring rain, I expected them to charge an arm and a leg but they charged a very fair price! Super happy with them and if I ever have plumbing issues in the future I’m definitely calling them again! Positive Responsiveness, Professionalism Services Drain cleaning

I needed to replace my drain, and from day one, Roto-Rooter was the most responsive. Personally, service like this goes a long way. I had called a few places just to get some quotes however, never received a call back, or if I did, the call was not returned in a timely manner. Roto-Rooter communicated their timeline, service was transparent, they worked fast and efficiently, and even went out of their way to help and see if they could get the town to pay for it. I can not express my gratitude enough. These are now my go-to guys as they are very reliable, good people.
