Great price | $400–600 I highly recommend. But you must have Mark. He was very kind and very informative. Mark was compassionate and very trust worthy. While working he was so quiet I almost forgot he was there. After the repairs in the kitchen he put everything that was under the sink back. Also upon completing the toliet issue he cleaned up behind himself leaving me with nothing to clean like he was never here. So if you need plumbing you must use Jeffrey Plumbing ask for Mark. Reasonable price | $300–400 Great experience with Jeffrey Plumbing. We had a block in the drain line and bubbler so our front yard was a swamp and our sump pump was running continuously. Jake came out and snaked the drain with a power roto- rooter and plunged the bubbler. The bubbler hasn’t drained properly in years and another plumbing company and the city of Amherst were not able to fix it previously. Jake was pure magic. Services Drain cleaning

Great price | $800–900 Possibly the best experience I have had with a plumber. First time using Jeffrey but certainly not the last. Matt was great. Kept me informed every step of the way. He was very thorough and professional. We used one of the ‘big guys’ to fix the same problem about five years ago, but the job wasn’t done right. He was super neat and answered all of our questions. 2 toilet repairs & trouble shot a potential leak elsewhere. We will definitely call them to install the reverse osmosis water system. My plumber recommended Jeffrey Plumbing for a sinkhole issue under my back patio. I called late on a Friday and left a message and received a call back within ten minutes. They sent someone out on Monday morning. I did spend the weekend doing my homework on drainage issues and talking to people who have had this type of work done. The gentleman was here 4 hours analyzing what was going on . Crawling under crawlspace, digging out sinkhole, checking out all my plumbing. The conclusion was a drainage issue. I have dealt with many contractors over the last 30 years of owning my home and this is one of the best. I hired them to do the job and couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish - Incredible. Very reliable, Professional, Honest, Competent and Courteous. They are a smaller company which I liked and the price was very good. I would Highly recommend this company for any plumbing work that you need done. A++++++++++ Company

Matt was here very promptly to replace a broken shut off valve on our toilet. He was professional and explained everything he needed to do to fix the problem. We had a fantastic experience with Jeffrey Plumbing. The response time, the professionalism, the quality of the work, everything was absolutely top notch. Our sump was backing up on itself because of a collapsed discharge line. It was causing a lot of water issues as the snow melted and the rains came. Our yard was flooding and water was seeping into the basement because it wasn't getting far enough away from the house. Matt from Jeffrey Plumbing was able to come out the same day I called them. He quickly got to the bottom of the issue and gave us multiple options for solutions. He got our line cleared enough that day to alleviate the immediate issue and got us on their schedule to have our collapsed clay discharge pipe replaced. We were so impressed with the skill, care, and attention to detail for the dig process. Our yard and garden look fantastic!
