When we had an open violation on our basement, they came promptly, completed all the necessary work, and took care of all the paperwork with NYC Buildings. Reasonable price One of quickest heating repair job I've seen in my life. It was quickly diagnosed and fixed within a half an hour. Now the heating system is blasting out heating hot enough to make your winter very comfortable. Services Service not listed

Carl is extremely reliable and does high quality work. He showed up at the end of a busy day to check on my boiler when I had no heat. It turned out it was burned out and leaking carbon monoxide. He expedited replacing it with a new unit. He and his team were respectful and careful not to damage our stairs when moving the boiler units in and out of the basement. He added a lot of improvements to the new system along with the installation, ensuring things were up to DOB code. Gives me peace of mind working with someone who is honest and thorough. Lovely guy, would definitely recommend working with him!

I don't even know where to begin. It started with a gas leak; I was in desperate need of a gas certified plumber and went to my facebook connections for a recommendation and a dear friend of mine referred me to HEPCO. From the first call to the last, they were responsive, professional, timely and communicative. Since the gas leak, they've helped to resolve 2 other issues. They are definitely costly, but from my experience with home renovations, etc. you get what you pay for. They know their stuff and have a way of explaining it in layman terms. While I have moved away from NY, I have used HEPCO for lots of my plumbing needs. They have fixed my sink, my bathtub, leaks, and installed a pot filler over my stove for me. I've never had to use them for heating but my mother-in-law did and Carl got her boiler fixed in less than an hour. I've also recommended him to my sister-in-law and grandmother. He's always been able to help them and he's never overcharged us. He usually outlines the problem, as he can see without going into your walls/plumbing/etc., and cost clearly. He's even told me when leaks are only caused by faulty caulking, saving me costly repair. The problem with heating and plumbing issues is that you never truly know what you're dealing with until you open things up. I've never found him to be dishonest or unfair. I'll keep using HEPCO and keep recommending them to my friends and family. Positive Quality, Professionalism, Value
