New 5 stars all the way!! From the first contact with Brian over the phone to the technicians Ron and Tyler. Awoke to no water in my house had no idea what was wrong and was afraid of finding out and afraid of the bill! These guys were great arrived as they said they would, even before time, courteous, explained everything to me and in no time I had water and was shocked at the great pricing! Hope I don’t need them anytime soon but will always be my go to service!!!!!

New Great dealing with Griffen Pump Service. I previously used them when I was in a bind. My Septic Tank was being pumped and the vendor realized the actual pump required repairs - they recommended Griffen who came out literally within an hour. I just called them last week for a new issue with my water softener - and had a new one installed today. A pleasure dealing with Ryan Griffen (by phone) and Steve Griffen in person as he gave me the estimate and did the install today. A very knowledgeable local family business. They do quality work and are easy to deal with. 2nd time I've used them - Highly recommend.

Ethan and Josh were AWESOME. We called at about 8am on a holiday weekend and these gentlemen were on site just after 9am. They diagnosed the problem and the water was back on by about noon. All the while they were polite, courteous and professional. They explained in layman's terms what they were doing and answered all questions. Thank You Griffen Pump Service.

Both employees very professional. Senior member possibly training new hire, took time to explain each step of work and educate at same time. Very clean and through throughout the phase of work. Took time to explain what issues were found, what was needed to correct. Even provided an estate for new tank that's 22 yrs old.

I cannot recommend this company enough. My tenants water just quit working and they had no water for two days. Another Contractor recommended Griffin pump service. I called and spoke to Ryan at 3:30 in the afternoon. He said Steve would meet me there in 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair clearly and had a replacement part on hand. He quoted me an estimate that was worst case scenario, and then proceeded to dig up my pump, That pump by the way was fried and he replaced it and then knocked off $1000 off the worst case scenario, there were no hidden fees. Nothing but friendly, honest and professional service. I guess they haven’t been in-service for 40 years for nothing.

Got a price that I questioned so I called Griffen (didn’t call them first because I made a mistake based on what was on my tank), in late afternoon they asked for pictures and showed up an hour later with the tank I needed , gave me a reasonable price and installed that day. Clean and efficient. Second time I used them, I remember now I used them for my well pump which great service as well ….highly recommend! I won’t forget next time!
