Great price | $800–900 My wife and I have relied Gregory Plumbing and heating for several years. We found Josh and Jesse very personable and easy to work with. They perform high-quality work and are quite responsive. For example, during this week's cold snap, the control module and flue sensor in our furnace went out. Josh responded after hours and arranged for us to pick up the part. He then came on the weekend to install it ahead of a big snow storm. Gregory Plumbing and heating always goes the extra mile and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a quality plumber.

Gregory Plumbing has done a lot of work for me and they always do a good job. They offer good advice and make sure everything is working long term, not just a quick fix. Recently they installed a sump pump in my basement and the price was very fair. Josh and Jesse are very professional and nice. The receptionist is also very kind and goes above and beyond to make room on the schedule and call back. It's a small team but they actually care about their customers which can be rare!

I recently started using Gregory Plumbing and Heating for a small bathroom renovation. I am very happy with the work that was done and the price. The timeframe was also ideal—they are pretty booked up but that is how you know they are good at what they do! Gregory was one in maybe three or four other companies I called, and they were the only ones to call me back. I would recommend Gregory Plumbing and Heating.

Our old plumber retired so I recently started using Gregory for some smaller jobs like a new hose bib and water heater to start. They explain everything well on top of a great value for the price. I had another house that needed extensive work so after the initial smaller jobs, Gregory was trusted with a much bigger job. Sawing out then replacing an old cracked cast iron stack, removed and replaced old galvanized lines, nice new utility sink in the basement after removing the old sink with pipes, new point of use reverse osmosis which is a must have for any house, a few great looking faucets where you have to be a licensed plumber for lineup access, indirect water heater (advised against a more costly tankless style for both installation and annual cost), new toilet with supply and flange, even piped/ installed a new radiator into the new 1/2 bathroom full remodel. Started out at the second house with a camera drain line inspection then that went well along with all of the other jobs. Efficient workers that pass the value on to the customer, jobs were all done timely and well so now I will use them for gas boiler and other plumbing maintenance needs.

We have been having issues in our apartment with the heat turning on, and Josh was extremely thorough and patient trying to resolve the issue. He even did over 3 test tries to make sure our heat stayed on and thermostat worked. He was also very informative when it came to our questions or even telling us what he was doing/how things worked. The lady that I had communicated with on the phone to find out information for furnace data was very helpful to point out where other services could be obtained due to them being booked out yet was able to direct me in the areas of other sources.they are very polite semi direct to the point no hiding or trying to upsell. They are a good resource material as well even though I I'm not a custom of there's they took the time to help connect me with the right people

Still trying to fix all the problems with full heating system put in 10 years ago. They installed on of the zone pumps the wrong direction, had no flow checks put in so zones don't work, left messes all over house. We have all ready have spent $1000's to fix issues. I would not recommend them at all consisting what we paid.

Josh located the crack in the main waste line stack, an old cast iron pipe. He had to take down upper cabinets, and crawl into the lower cabinet to remove the stack; as well as placing the new pipe. It honestly was not an easy task!! I thank him for his diligence, patience, and professionalism. I will definitely call Gregory again for any future plumbing needs. Older house. Had a crack in the cast iron pipe from the second floor all the way to the basement. Water damage to walls and floors behind cabinetry. Arrived early. Did a full analysis of the issue, and 7 hours later had all of the work completed, everything cleaned up, and the cost was 1/5th the cost quoted by a contractor from Binghamton. Very pleased, and Gregory's will be my go to from now on for all my plumbing and heating work. Thank you!
