Please don’t trust this company. My sewer line was clogged and I called this company. The guy told me you need to water jet this because snaking is not going to help. Snake is like $200 while water jet is like $800. He did the water jet and took $800 cash but I got the problem again in just 2 weeks. I called him and asked him to fix it because it was still supposed to be under warranty. He came and said he won’t water jet it again unless I pay another $500. I didn’t pay him the $500 and he left.

Overpriced | $200–300 WORST Plumbing Experience – Incomplete Work & Rude Staff I had a terrible experience with this plumbing company and I absolutely would NOT recommend them to anyone. I was charged $250 for a job that was left incomplete. The plumber came out, supposedly fixed the issue, and left — yet my toilets still don’t flush properly, which was the entire reason I called them in the first place. It was clear the job was either rushed or not done correctly, and I was left with the same problem after paying a hefty bill. I followed up with the company to express my concerns and ask for help, and that’s when things went from bad to worse. The woman at the front desk was one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. She had no basic communication skills, completely dismissive, and acted like I was a burden for simply asking for help with an issue THEY left unresolved. Her tone was nasty, her attitude was beyond disrespectful, and she offered zero assistance — just excuses and attitude. I don’t know how someone like that is allowed to represent a business, let alone be the first point of contact for customers. If you can’t treat people with basic respect or handle a simple customer service call, you shouldn’t be working the front desk. Save yourself the time, stress, and wasted money. This company does sloppy, incomplete work and has horrible customer service. I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place completely. Total disappointment from start to finish. My experience with Final Cleaning Sewer & Drain Service Inc. was nothing short of awful. If zero stars were an option, they'd earn it. The receptionist was rude, and dismissive, and acted like my call was an inconvenience. I called to report that the issue they supposedly fixed had come back less than a month later—and she hung up on me. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration—don’t waste your time or money on this company.

This company in general is horrible. The plumbers do not do their job. They did not really repair the valve in my toilet water pump. It was broken after a day they fixed it The entire valve needed to be replaced, but the plumber did not. I asked him to replace it when he was at my house, but he ignored me. When I called dispatch to address the problem, the lady who answered was rude and aggressive. She would not let me utter a word. This is the worst plumbing service ever. Services Toilet repair

Do not waste your money with this company. They completely RIP off. They charge me more then 100$ and did not even clean it in my basement and after 2 days my Drainage blocked again. I called other company, they came fix for 60$ and it's been more then week now and there is no problem. Do not waste your money.

All I can say is "Whooa Awesome Job". I'm not one for reviews but I had to do this one. I woke up to my basement bathroom flooded, I call for service and within an hour I had a tech at my door. The tech, Shawn did an awesome job in quick time and without a mess. Satisfied to the fullest.
