New Great price I’ve been using Fausto from FDR Plumbing for several years. He originally did the plumbing for my home renovation and did a great job. I’ve called him back for a few other jobs since then, and he has always been quick, honest, reliable, and fixed the issue. Highly recommend Fausto and FDR Plumbing. It’s nice to have a plumber you know you can trust!

We had an issue with no hot water, called Enercare first (silly move) assuming it was our water heater, and they ended up quoting us for a new water heater. We actually didn't need a water heater and it was the mixing valve. Fausto came the next day and figured this out, provided a fair price upfront and fixed the issue. Haven't had a problem since. Highly recommend for honest, reliable service. We will call Fausto first before dealing with Enercare again.

Amazing service! FDR plumbing squeezed us in last minute, after another company bailed on us last minute. They arrived on time, were very honest and fair with their recommendations and pricing.I highly recommend them and will definitely refer them to all our friends and family. If you're looking for a plumber, you're in great hands with FDR Plumbing.

One of the best experiences I have had with a trade so far during our renovations. They delivered on time service showed respect for our home and my family was extremely comfortable when they did the work. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I hired FDR plumbing to do some plumbing work in my house. I met the owner and he didn’t do personally the work. He sent two young men from his company. After the above plumbing, we didn’t have any hot water in the house because of his poor job. We have young children and I called him. He didn’t pick up the phone and didn’t show up to supervise the work. He is so irresponsible and inhuman. We stayed about 1 week with the whole family without hot water. We called another plumber and he fixed the issues. Everything happened because his inexperienced young workers without any plumbing skills didn’t install the faucet cartridge in the new bathroom and the hot water continues to mix with cold water.

I’m sorry your experience with our services that day were less than satisfactory. Rest assure that if I was made aware of the severity of the issue, we would have made an emergency visit that same day. I’m sorry that you feel the need to not only attack my business, but the nature of my character as well, based on a misunderstanding. We very much take pride in all our work and have many happy customers.
