New We needed some mold remediation done before we could sell our home. Eric came for the initial walk through. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. When it came to the job being done, I misunderstood that an attic/storage area needed to be treated. We left it full of stuff. Eric, without a word moved everything out out of the area by himself so he could complete his job. I'm not sure how many would have done that. Without an extra charge. My wife and I felt terrible for him. When I talked to the owner about what he had done, he knew nothing about it. This is the type of company you want to hire, people who care and have integrity.

Reasonable price These guys are awesome to work with , fairly priced and standby their warranty. It’s been 2 1/2 years and I’m selling my home and during the home inspection, they found some mold in the attic area where it was originally done. These guys came back within a few days and remediated the issue with no charge since it was covered by warranty and really appreciated working with Eric and the team there. First off, the owner, Jim, came up into the mountains for a FREE estimate and was perfectly on time for a hard to reach location. The quote was very competitively priced for a mold remediation job and then, when the project took a turn and ended up being considerably more intricate and time consuming for his team, Jim kept his initial price despite it taking 3x longer than anticipated. He is a man of his word and his team did solid work in less than ideal conditions. When I called about a separate issue months later, Jim answered the call and allowed me to use some of his equipment to dry out my crawlspace since he knew that i had exhausted my budget and he had other jobs to tend to. Hired Excelsior to fix a crawl space that was in pretty bad shape. The owner, Jim was honest and trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.
