Not a great experience. The person who answer the calls, Darlene was nice and very responsive. But when the plumber came out, he couldn’t find the leak in our crawlspace and even put a camera in the pipe to look around. This cost us $500. He said the leak was probably in the ground and we would have to break up the floor to find it. They quoted us later 6k! I had a second opinion from a different plumber who found the problem in 10 mins. After running the water from the kitchen, he found it was the kitchen waste pipe and quoted us around 2k to fix. I’d never use or recommend this company again!

We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. During our visit, our technician focused on the specific area you asked us to inspect, based on where you believed the leak was coming from. The kitchen waste pipe was not identified as a suspected source at that time. We’re glad the issue was ultimately found, and we’re disappointed to hear that this experience would prevent you from recommending our small business in the future. We always strive to provide the best service possible, while recognizing that sometimes an issue may not be identified right away. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

They did a great job on a simple problem in the past. This time not so much! It cost me $500 for them to tell me they couldn't help and "it was the city's problem". City told me to call a real plumber. Next plumber fixed the problem first time around and for less!!

Please accept our apologies. We were in the process of obtaining a water meter from the municipality, and we were also unaware of the location of the buried shut-off valve, necessitating assistance from the town for its identification.

Reasonable price | $600–700 Drain saver could be renamed life--savers. We had a sudden backup in two upstairs toilets and shower. We called our plumber who referred us to Drain Saver. Within less than an hour Fernando and Richard were at our house, assessing the problem, and fixing a badly backed up main pipe that caused flooding downstairs. It was a bear of a job they did quickly, professionally. They were delightful and remarkably clean. I recommend them without reservation. Services Toilet repair, Drain cleaning, Shower repair

Reasonable price I had a sewer drain outflow block that caused flooding inside my home. Emergency Sewer and Drain were amazing. They sent Ben and team to my house in under an hour which I appreciated given the flooding and back up. The crew worked diligently and carefully given that my house has old plumbing. They carefully assessed if the blockage was towards the catch or away from the catch and cleared the blockage in the sewer and in cleared the outside air vent. Ben knows what he is doing and they worked efficiently with the right equipment to get the job done. The pricing was very reasonable for the work and I would highly recommend for plumbing issues. I had a number of drains and down spouts on my property. The team of two were through, found drains that were covered over with dirt and clogged with tree roots. The men were respectful and polite. They also left my property clean and tidy.
