I would highly recommend DBR Plumbing. I was having a problem with a toilet that wouldn’t flush and nasty water coming up in my tub. Josh, Matt, and Rob showed up to save the day! They took the time to answer all of my questions and listened to my concerns about water flooding my apartment. They very quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up before they left.

We called DBR to fix a slow leak. 3 visits and $2000 later, we still have an inadequate fix. At $190/hr it was a real rip off. Zero stars! Services Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection

Reasonable price | $800–1,000 I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We arrived home after a 6 month sabbatical & no water. We have used DBR in the past & called on weekend no less! They came asap to assess the issue, explain, & repair what they could before returning to finish after the weekend. They were all respectful, honest & friendly. Thank you DBR Plumbing 😊 . Highly recommend!

Today was the first time we used DBR Plumbing and we could not be more satisfied! We had water backing up from the floor drain in our basement utility room with no idea of the cause. Josh and Joe arrived in less than an hour, immediately went to work snaking the drain and cleared the clog in record time. Fingers crossed that this was a “one off” situation but if not, we certainly know who to call! Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. Thank you Josh and Joe!

We had two plumbing issues and Kevin and Joe from DBR fixed both of them. Both repairs required rerouting sink drain pipes: one from a basement sink and the other from an upper floor kitchen sink. Kevin and Joe were pleasant, answered our questions, and explained and showed us everything they did. The work was completed over a two-day period.

Great price | $900–1,000 If could give more stars I would. We are an extremely busy specialty practice that see over 200 patients a day. We had a plumbing emergency at the end of a busy day that required service immediately or we would not be able to open the practice the following morning. They were extremely professional and timely. They sent over a crew that evening. Located the issue and scheduled an early morning fix for the following day. Very friendly staff and extremely affordable for an emergency situation. I cannot recommend them enough! Services Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair

Just had Josh from DBR Plumbing come to unclogg our bathroom sink. While here, I asked if he had time to install a new kitchen faucet that we had been planning for a friend to do for us. Josh said he had time and installed the faucet without hesitation. We always have used DBR Plumbing and have been very satisfied with the outcome of their services and feel their prices are very fair.

Great price Called DBR Plumbing and they came out, fixed the problems, plus cleaned up after themselves. You didn’t even know we had work done. They were professional gentleman who didn’t mind our questions. We had a pipe in the basement that needed a new compression valve as it was dripping quite fast, plus we had a leaky shower head in one of our bathrooms. It took them no time at all. A great job done. DBR is now our go to plumbing company. Thank you DBR! Services Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet repair, Shower repair, Plumbing leak repair

They are a complete scam! Beware they where informed completely of the job that needed to be done they scheduled a appointment for me and never showed up when i called to ask them if they where coming they said they had an emergency and apologized for not calling to inform me i told them it was ok things happen so they came the following day they assessed the problem for about 20 minutes just to inform me that they dont handle water heaters then proceeded to charge me $278 dollars for their time. They are a scam and very unprofessional May God be with them.

Courteous, professional, and competent ... but expensive for the Syracuse area ($140/hr including travel time).

Josh & Blaine were very professional and knowledgeable. They snaked sewer pipe both ways and got the issue resolved. When you need a licensed plumber.. you can count on DBR to get it done right, the first time.

I have had dbr come to a residence multiple times and nothing was ever actually fixed. I had to have another company come out to clear the issue and find the root of the problem. All I was told by this company, "run boiling water down the drain."

Our sump pump stopped working on a Saturday night and we had 4-5 inches of standing water in our crawl space. Josh was here within an hour when we called Sunday morning. He then had the problem diagnosed and pump replaced in minimal time. Less than 2 hours total time. I have been charged much more for less by previous plumbers. I will be calling for any future problems.
