New Not sure | $1,400–1,600 We had a tub drainage problem that had been ongoing for almost 10 years. The problem we had was caused by a different plumbing company working on the unit next door that shares drainage pipes with my unit. Over the years, I had guys coming in to snake the drain, scale the drain, jet the the drain (which damaged pipes causing an awful leak problem to the unit below my unit). Flash forward to CID… they listened, understood what was happening, provided clear and concise reasoning as to what was causing the problem, provided a proper scope of work and cost, had an effective system in place to accept or decline their proposal, and then proceeded to fix the problem that all my other plumbers failed to fix. No more agita. Fun fact, Iggy and Alan from CID brought a custom made tool to fix something that was obviously not done well by my last plumber (the guy that jetted my pipes and caused a pipe burst). Let me say that again… they had a tool that they (pre) constructed themselves to repair a specific issue. Bottom line: worth every penny. I wish I knew you the guys at CID 10 years sooner. Overpriced | $2,000+ More like 3.5* Fairly good experience with Consider It Done. All the techs were professional and efficient. They did their best to not open too many walls up while looking for the source of our leak. The main let-downs were things not being reinstalled to the working order they were in prior. The countertops are now crooked (to their credit the tech acknowledged this and said it was due to the floors not being completely level, but it was straight before the countertops were taken down for the fix). The drawer under the sink no longer slides easily/smoothly and doesn’t close all the way. These things may seem small but they’re impactful. And for a service that totaled just under $5k it’s a bit of a disappointment. Still glad to no longer have a leaking valve, however. Services Plumbing leak detection

Great price I had a great experience with this plumbing company! I was having an issue with a leak under the sink in my apartment, and they were able to come out quickly the day of and figure out what was causing it. Chris was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before getting started. They fixed the problem efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I really appreciated how reliable and respectful they were, especially since it was in my apartment. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and I haven’t had any issues since. Had a weird smell in the bathroom that multiple other plumbers came and didn’t figure out. Consider it done came, was creative in determining the issue (a broken vent), was super responsive, and very flexible when the replacement vanity was missing a part. Everyone was super nice and helpful

If anyone deserves to wear a cape, it is Jerry and his team at CID. I took over management of a multi-family townhouse where one of the units had been dealing with an ongoing hot water issue. The previous owners had incorrectly installed the water heater and tank, leaving the tenants with only a few minutes of hot water at a time. The previous management team had been unable to resolve it, and I brought in two additional teams who charged a premium despite not having the expertise or experience to properly diagnose and fix the problem. During an emergency search for a new team, I found CID and called Jerry. From the very first phone call, he was incredibly communicative, accessible, and quick to respond. He immediately began walking me through the situation over the phone while making arrangements to come examine the systems in-person that same afternoon. Jerry then scheduled his two lead plumbers, Iggy and Adam, to properly repair and install the new system. Before they arrived, other contractors I consulted told me that this particular system was one of the most finicky on the market and that many industry professionals either do not know how to install it correctly or simply refuse to touch it because of its complexity. They didn't understand why the other company recommended this model and brand. Given the spatial challenges alone, they doubted anyone would be skilled enough to address the issue properly and prepared me mentally to eat the cost and explore less complicated systems. Everyone except CID. It took Iggy and Adam just one afternoon to redo and correct the piping that had been improperly installed by the previous plumbers and get the new system running smoothly. What stood out immediately was that Iggy is truly passionate about what he does. He is a craftsman who takes incredible pride in his work. I have never seen such precise cutting and welding of pipes. The lines were so clean and meticulous that I compared his work to that of a surgeon. Because of his genuine interest in his field, he became personally invested in solving the problem. Rather than being intimidated by the complexity of the system or the mess the previous teams left behind, he was excited by the challenge and permanently resolved the issue with dexterity and speed. What sets CID apart from every other company I have worked with is that they don't just have the knowledge and experience to handle situations that others consider impossible - they are also professional, ethical, responsive, and, most importantly, they have a heart. They genuinely care. Jerry prioritized us and reworked his schedule because he empathized with both me and the tenants who had been dealing with this issue. He is also one of the most ethical and honest people I have ever worked with, which was further reflected in his fair and transparent pricing. I cannot thank Jerry, Iggy, Adam, and the entire CID team enough. They saved me from a nightmare situation that had dragged on for weeks, and I will be forever grateful. After this experience, there is honestly no one else I would trust to handle my future projects. I feel so lucky to have found CID and I look forward to working with them again.

After contacting several emergency plumbers, Consider It Done got back to me very fast, and understanding the urgency, they moved things around to get someone out as soon as possible. Jerry and his colleague immediately knew the issue (which was major!), and brainstormed a solution that solved the problem to stop the flooding. Reasonable price Amazing guys and service!! Our pipe burst at 2am and the fire department told us to call a plumber, they couldn’t turn off the water. They came over pretty quickly and knew what the issue was. While they couldn’t fix it right then and there (it’s going to involve ripping up walls and floors) they did come up with a solution so our apartment was no longer flooding. Super responsive and really the heroes of the night. Pricing was also fair!
