Anthony and Joe were great! We called them this morning after discovering a gas leak and having the gas to our house turned off at 10:00 pm last night. They were here by 10:00 am, fully replaced several sections of gas pipe, and worked with the gas company to get everything turned back on by 3:30 pm this afternoon. They even noticed some other water leaks that they resolved for free for us. We’re super thankful that they squeezed us in and got our gas back on, on a Friday too. We’re planning to use them for all of our home repairs going forward.

Reasonable price | $1,000+ I had a great experience with Bobby Aloi Plumbing & Heating. Anthony was my technician and he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed a leak in my baseboard heater, replaced a faulty air bleeder valve, and installed a new water pressure regulator. Bobby then personally came by later to clean out the boiler’s combustion chamber, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and the pricing was very fair. It’s clear this family business takes price in their service. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them! Services Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance

Great price An absolute gem! Had a problem with my heating zone late at night on a Sunday. Anthony walked me through steps on what to check, and even face timed me to look. Grabbed his cup of tea and came over to diagnose and explain. Amazing dude and will always use from now on. Great to have a trusted HVAC person that’s so hard to come by these days. 100% top notch! Reasonable price | $1,000+ Our gas was shut off on a freezing cold day, and we had no heat in the house. I reached out to Bobby Aloi and he got back to me within an hour, which alone was incredibly reassuring given the situation. He showed up first thing the very next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got everything repaired so our heat could be restored. In the middle of winter, with a family in the house, that kind of responsiveness truly matters. Bobby was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was safe and running properly before leaving. When you’re dealing with a true heating emergency, you want someone dependable who actually shows up. Bobby did exactly that. I’m very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him for emergency heating work. Services Plumbing pipe repair, Outdoor plumbing system repair

Bobby and his sons saved the day after we had no heat for 4 nights this week. I'm so thankful we got connected with Bobby after HVAC and other plumbers couldn't solve our issue. I cannot recommend Bobby and his sons enough and will not hesitate to call them again.

Great price 100% recommended. Of all the companies we've used in the area, they have the best customer service—fast, efficient, and I felt they weren't just focused on getting paid. Vicent was very considerate. We had a great experience. Translated by Google·See original (Spanish)

Originally called a couple months back for a toilet issue. Called earlier this week for an issue with a baseboard - both times great service, fair price, and great result. They were easy to talk with, flexible to our scheduling needs, and just pleasant to work with 100% recommend and will definitely continue to use as our go to for all things plumbing!

Plumber Recommendation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Whenever we have a plumbing or heating issue, Aloi plumbing comes through. We’ve been using Bobby for 30 years and now Vincent and Anthony along with Bobby to continue the fine service that Bobby started. What a great crew. They have been there for everything we needed, from small leaks to major repairs and renovations. They just installed a new boiler in our house. They really are craftsman and quite reasonable. If you have plumbing or heating needs, I recommend Aloi Plumbing very highly. No other plumber has ever worked in this house.

Anthony arrived early and assessed my boiler right away. He was very honest in his diagnosis and provided a clear, thorough action plan. It’s rare to find an honest and trustworthy plumbing and heating contractor these days, but with Bobby Aloi, you’re truly in good hands. Thank you again, Anthony!

Overpriced | $1,000+ I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this plumber has been unacceptable. They replaced my water tank in November 2022 and promised to remove the old one and almost three years later, it is still sitting in my basement despite multiple follow-ups and reminders. I even brought them back for additional work (unclogging my kitchen sink and replacing the garbage disposal). Not only was I overcharged compared to market rates, but the disposal job was poorly done and began malfunctioning in less than a year. They present themselves as a friendly, family-owned business, but their actions tell a different story. They do not honor their word, they ignore customer follow-ups, and their workmanship does not hold up. This type of unethical business practice should not be tolerated. I strongly do not recommend them. Services Water heater installation, Garbage disposal installation
