The story goes like this. Different family members manage my grandma house and always call me to deal with problems after the boiler issue arises multiple times over the last can’t even count years. I was looking for a reputable plumber one that was licensed and in the business for a long time. I called these guys. Its been over a year now and we haven’t had to call a plumber all winter. You save money by doing it right and being thorough. Top quality work, top quality guy. Too much money was spent over the years hiring people that didn’t know what they were doing. Great price Congradulations again to Henri and his professional staff for coming to our aid in a time of immediate need. His ability of diagnosing and rectifing an underground water leak leak, in a promot and timely fashion, saved us untold damage and allowed us continue our operations uninterupted and with minimal damage. I had a really frustrating experience with this plumber. I hired them to fix a leaking pipe, but not only did they show up over an hour late without calling, the problem wasn’t fixed properly. The leak started again within two days. When I called to have them come back and take another look, they said no. On top of that, the pricing was not clear upfront and I ended up being charged more than expected. you will under You will be paying almost $300 per hour here.

Good work by Billharz plumbing to repair non-functional sump pump installation at basement steps. After checking for a clog in outlet pipe, problem diagnosed as pump motor being too weak to push water up vertical rise to surface-level outlet. Crew returned same day w/ new pump, quickly completing and testing the installation. Polite crew, and Henry Billharz available by phone to explain the need for the replacement pump. This firm's extensive experience w/ Sunnyside Gardens houses a plus.

Renovated whole house after a fire. Architects error caused delay in sign off not Billharz * update* Henry did do all filings necessary for his work, all his filings were rejected due to incorrect drawings sent to the buildings department by the architect. Architect in the process of correcting the errors so plumbing work can be filed and approved. Unfortunately architect not good at coordinating or communicating between all parties. Billharz emails and phone calls to the architect went unanswered Architect insisted plumber holding up job when fault was incorrect drawings. We find them to be dependable, speedy, professional and trustworthy. They will tell you what you DON'T need as well as what you need. Here for generations. I know they installed floor heating in a Manhattan high rise as well small but crucial-to-us jobs here in Sunnyside, fixed our toilet, boiler, and replaced water heater.
