New Reasonable price | $1,800–2,000 I contacted Benjamin Franklin plumbers earlier this morning about my emergency. Dave arrived promptly and was very engaging and helpful. He replaced my sewage waste pump. His work was top notch. I really appreciate what he did and saved me from potential mistakes if I attempted to fix the problem myself. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin again for future issues. Thank you.

Overpriced | $1–200 I called them up for advice on a DIY toilet fill valve and flush valve replacement that I believed had gone sideways. I had disassembled the toilet and thought I had the wrong part to get it re-assembled. Just needed them to check that part to make sure it was correct and then re-attach the tank to the bowl. I had done half of the repair already and they tried to charge me for the full repair, close to $800 AFTER applying discounts for customer supplied parts, membership, etc. Still got stuck with the service fee by the end of it. $75 down the toilet (that I fixed myself). Great price | $2,000+ Dave was a delight. We had a pipe fail in the kitchen wall. Dave went through alot of trouble to keep the damage to the walls as minimal as possible. He got the job done in a day after showing up within an hour.

Needed “wife work” done yesterday. Hubby has dementia and suddenly these things all pile up. Bathroom faucet/pipe replacement and outside hose spigot replacement. Frank was my technician he was new to me as I’ve been with BF a few years now. After a “ communication breakdown” that lead to me having a meltdown Frank came back and fixed the issue with care and consideration to explanations necessary. I’m sorry it had to get to me calling his boss but in the end he was generous with his time and did both jobs in one day.
