the reviews must be fake for this company hired to do a job, it was done way below standard, tech didnt speak english. Then upon review found out tub was in even worse shape than before. Also the numbers on the website point to the same people, who dont answer your callback after screwing up a job, dont use this scam company.

I’ve hired them to do two tubs but the guys missed lot of spots. I told them and he sent a guy with paint and brush. He painted it with the brush and it looked more terrible now. So I calling this guys to come back but he’s not coming. Don’t Hire him because you’ll be wasting money and time

So happy I finally decided to get my shower pan reglazed. Had some weird colors building up from all the dirt and gunk sitting on the floor over the years. They were able to reglaze the shower pan in a little under 2 hours. Changed the entire look and feel of our shower. Positive Quality, Professionalism, Value

White Glove Tiles & Tub Reglazing Service aka Bathtub Reglazing Bronx NY is a scam...buyer beware. My coworker recommended them to me to reglaze my shower and bathtub. On 5/27/21, Johnathan came out to do the work and it appeared to look nice at first until the next day when I removed the paper. The edges along the shower were not completely coated and looked dull. Johnathan also make a hole on the side of my wall next to the shower. Also, in the bathtub, there was an indentation or hole around the water drain. I immediately called and texted Carlos Silva who I made the contract with to report the problem and asked them to fix it. I sent several photos of the damage to Carlos Silva and called, texted and emailed him to do the repairs. As of today 6/3/21, a week later, I still have heard back from him. Terrible business and horrible experience and customer service. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism Services Service not listed

This is the worst experience I've had with a contractor. I have called them 16 times in the course of 12 months to redo the sticky bathtub glazing they left me with. Once an appointment was set, the contractor either didn't show up or kept postponing the appointment. The most unreliable company I've ever worked with. Very professional company. This is my second time using White Glove Reglazing. The first was a rush job about five years ago in a rental. This time was for my home. Showed up on time and finished on time. Old antique reglazing. Looks spectacular.

Our bathtub and shower look incredible! The tech did a great job and was very courteous and diligent. He kept our bathroom clean during the service and explained anything I asked about. He went over everything with me when he finished, so I know the proper care of our Refinished shower pan and surround and tub reglazing. The finish looks fantastic!

Our old bathtub was horrible no matter how much we cleaned it... Didn't want to replace it because it had tile work done around it. We had White Glove Reglazing of Bronx NY refinish it and it is beautiful. It looks like a brand new bathtub. We even upgraded the fixtures...

Did a fantastic job refinishing our antique cast iron claw foot tub. It looks fantastic. Professional, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with the results. Our shower stall looks great. Ivan and his assistant were very polite and professional and patient with all of our inquiries. Thank you.

We contacted White Glove of Bronx when every recommended bathtub reglazing company told us our tub was beyond help. White Glove told us they could refinish it it and came out and helped us select the best color to match our fixtures. The technician, or I should say craftsman, did his job very well and even worked late both days to make sure we got our bathtub back as scheduled. To make a long story short, our tub looks better than new! I am so glad I did not listen to those other people. It would have cost me triple or more to replace.

White Glove Reglazing of Bronx NY did exactly what they said they would do. Their refinishing looks outstanding, their work ethic was unparalleled. Their lead installer takes pride in his work and paid close attention to detail, simply outstanding work! If you are looking to hire a company that does excellent bathroom tile reglazing, hire White Glove. I recommend them highly.

Excellent job. I had a tub that is old, discolored and chipped. But you can't just remove and replace it because it's cast iron. This was a just like having a new tub installed. The team arrived on schedule, worked their magic and the tub looks better than what cost close to 1000.00 today without labor. I saved a bundle and have a tub that will last,,,guaranteed! I am very pleased with this bathtub resurfacing service!
