Overpriced | $1,000–1,200 The service was fine. The pricing was absurd. 2 men show up for an obvious one man job. (Leaky under sink valve, install a faucet and change the water filter. All the same sink) Invoice was $1062.00. One guy was obviously useless. Took the other guy more time to explain what he needed than it would have taken to just get it. Consumer is forced to pay (I think he said $262 an hour) for the gofer to stand around and keep the guy doing the job company. $980 total for labor. 2 guys 1 hour 45 minutes. Services Faucet repair

Tom, John, and all the crew at Action Plumbing are top-of-the-line. Incredibly professional, their work is done on-time, at reasonable prices, and with absolute dedication to complete customer satisfaction. The only plumbing contractor I have had for decades, and the only one I would ever consider calling for any future work. Thank you Tom and everyone at Action Plumbing for always going above and beyond. God bless you all.

Reasonable price Our water heater went this morning at around 6 am. By 9:45 am, we had a new water heater totally installed. They also did our plumbing for our kitchen a few years ago. They are courteous, quick, and professional. I will always call them. Services Water heater installation

I have to say, there are times I've NEEDED Tom and his crew, and they're incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient. Most recently I had a panic about a supply issue late on Saturday night and I got a call back in less than 5 minutes. Tom talked me through the issue patiently and efficiently, and ultimately a service call wasn't needed. That sort of service level and commitment is irreplaceable. Highly recommend!

They don’t travel more than 30 minutes, must be local.

I called in the morning and they set up an appointment for 3:30. Quinn and another worker who was outside did a great job. My outside faucet froze and was leaking. They replaced the copper pipe and the outside faucet. A shut off was installed inside. I am very happy with their quick response and top of the line work.
