New Overpriced This review is for Connor only. He was exceptionally helpful, hardworking and took great care of my floor and whatever he was working on. I am very grateful to him. Also, he was also fun to talk to. I want to add a separate review for Mitch. As I cannot find a separate box for him, I am adding it here. After working the whole day, Mitch took time to talk to me and explain in detail how to make the new installation work longer. He also looked at my other HVAC items and delivered precious advice, on his own time, about the items I have been using in my condo. He was patient like an angel and caring like a truly kind and good-hearted person. He is very knowledgeable and professional. No doubt his demeanor is superior to that of the people in the HVAC industry in Rockland I had ever spoken to. I am very grateful to both Mitch and Connor. I called on a Monday indicating an issue with my boiler, they were able to come out on a Tuesday, performed a tune up and identified root cause of the issue. They looked up appropriate parts needed, procured them and came back Wednesday to resolve the problem. The technician, Mitch, was very professional, knowledgeable and great communicator, explained in detail what he was doing and what the issue was.
